Payment / Insurance

 
 
  • Payment is expected at the time of service by a debit or credit card. The card will be securely held in an encrypted cloud service for future appointments or late cancellation fees. I also accept payments through flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA).

  • My rate is $300 per 50-minute session. Initially, I see clients weekly.

  • Non-emergency phone calls are charged my full session rate. For emergencies please call 911.

  • Cancellation policy: A full 24 hours of notice is required to avoid a late cancel charge of $100. (HSA) and (FSA) accounts can not be used to pay late cancellation fees.

Insurance

  • Currently, I am Self Pay only. However, I can provide you with a monthly Superbill to see if your insurance will cover some part of the treatment. Please check with your insurance provider beforehand to see if this is an option for you. It is your responsibility to know whether your insurance will cover services or offer the reimbursement once a Superbill is provided. Please let us know ahead of time if this is the option you choose, our billing manager will make sure you have all the proper information to submit to your insurance.
