Payment / Insurance

  • Payment is expected at the time of service by a debit or credit card. The card will be securely held in an encrypted cloud service for future appointments or late cancellation fees. I also accept payments through  flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA).

  • My rate is $180 per session. Initially I see clients weekly.

  • Non-emergency phone calls are $50 for 15 minutes. For emergencies please call 911.

  • Cancellation policy: A full 24 hours of notice is required to avoid a late cancel charge of $50. (HSA) and (FSA) accounts can not be used to pay late cancellation fees.

I partner with the following insurance company. Copays are due at time of appointment.

  • I can provide you will a monthly Superbill for to see if your insurance will cover some part of treatment.

Please call (619) 471-1887 to speak to us about your particular insurance questions. We will call and verify your coverage including copay and number of sessions prior to your first meeting with me.

It is your responsibility to advise the office if you have had a change in insurance. If insurance does not reimburse for services rendered,  you will be responsible for the full fee of services.
